This research is a study of the Ventilated Latent Heating Unit (VLHU) machine placed in a greenhouse in the Netherlands that produces part of the heat by condensing water vapor in the air. The VLHU is further studied to quantify the machine’s behaviour by creating a model to show how the machine works and to help understand how it works in a greenhouse. Then further analysis is done to make the VLHU system electric and discussed about the feasibility of the VLHU in a Dutch residential home.
