New rule for reserving halls X1, X2 and X3

If you plan to reserve sports hall X1, X2 or X3 for free use with your X subscription, please note that you are now required to check in with the hosts before the start of your reserved time slot.

No-shows
This new rule is part of X's no-show policy. Many ticket hours, time slots in the fitness (gym), and spaces for free use are very popular, so these hours fill up quickly. Unfortunately, it happens that participants do not show up (without explanation) even though others would have liked to participate. The no-show measure requests that participants cancel in time and that they do not occupy places unnecessarily.

Terms and Conditions
Besides this change, some other minor changes have been made to the general Terms and Conditions for this academic year (2024-2025) compared to last year (2023-2024). Therefore, it is advised to carefully read the Terms and Conditions. When purchasing an X subscription, you need to approve the Terms and Conditions for 2024-2025 once in the webshop (for more info see the news update of 12 August).
