Sophia Hassel - Revolution through Repetition
This exhibition emphasizes the life of mass production. The story of the space begins when mass production starts to change everyday life for everyone: the 1960s. The project was heavily inspired by the 1960s. The plan was derived and extruded from a popular pattern of the 1960s. The design of this project changed tremendously during the design process and intensely represents the idea of “repetition”, which is a main theme within mass production. This theme is shown through all of the objects displayed on the moving conveyor belt tables, as well as the vertical slatted curtain system.
