Fatma Günaydin - LOVE IN THE AIR

Everyone loves to hear a romantic story of two people falling in love right? How about getting the story told by the very objects these lovers used. LOVE IN THE AIR  is an exhibition where a love story can be experienced by going through the different phases of a relationship. The phases are defined by a specific kind of object that would have been used during that phase and the story gets told by how these objects function. There is also a main love story that is chronologically told and follows up with a continuation in each phase. This story unfolds in RED, following the ‘red thread of fate’ theory where two people are destined to be with each other since they are their one true love. This design revives the objects of the Henri Baudet Collection and gives them a chance to tell a story, thus reminding you of how they once were used, and creating nostalgia.

Collection: Objects used for communicating and making memories in a relationship
