E-Lead – Training content for digital leadership

The eLead project intends to create educational material for VET professionals involved in training processes for managers and workers in high-tech/digital companies, in order to implement and promote training paths for the acquisition of e-leadership skills.

The final beneficiaries of the project are people working in high-tech sector, in particular in SMEs or startups (workers, Managers, Company leaders, Key roles in high-tech companies).

The partnership includes 7 organisations (Assindustria Consulting, Co.Meta srl, Università Politecnica delle Marche, Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, Parque Tecnologico de Andalucia, Technology University of Delft and Institute of Entrepreneurship Development) from 5 different EU countries (Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Greece).
