Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
280g mushrooms in a can
200ml tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
250g orzo pasta
salt & pepper
1L boiled water
Instructions:
Place a pot over high heat and add olive oil.
Remove the water from the mushrooms' can and set the, aside.
Cut the peppers into small cubes.
Add the peppers and the mushrooms to the pot and sauté well for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and the water and let them boil.
When the volume of the sauce has decreased, add the past, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Remove from the heat and let it chill for a while.
Serve with cheese (optional).
