Sreenithya Avadakkam

Sreenithya graduated master’s in chemistry from Cochin University of Technology in 2011. She received Ph.D. in computational chemistry in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Raghavan B. Sunoj at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Colorado State University with Prof. Robert S. Paton (2019-2021). She joined as a postdoctoral researcher at the Delft University of Technology with Prof. Evgeny Pidko in June 2022.

Sreenithya’s research interests are in the area of computational chemistry focusing on catalytic reaction mechanisms and designing new catalysts by applying quantum mechanical calculations and statistical modeling.
