Reuben teaches in the MSc Life Science and Technology course, in the Advanced Protein Chemistry and Analysis (LM3434) and Advanced Enzymology (LM3701) modules.
Student Projects (BEP and MEP)
Topics in our research group are focussed on engineering enzymes for new capabilities, involving the creation and screening of enzyme libraries to find the best variants. The foundation of the projects is based on a strong chemical understanding of enzyme mechanisms and how they can be altered. Students can expect to get experience in a wide variety of techniques within Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Analytical and Synthetic Chemistry.
