Yasin Tepeli

I’m a PhD candidate at the Delft Bioinformatics Lab of TU Delft. I have my BSc degree in computer science from Bilkent University and MSc degree in computer science & engineering from Sabanci University, both in Turkey.
My main research interest is related to computational approaches(ML mostly) to detect therapeutic targets in cancer. I mostly focus on graphs, embeddings and multi-omics approaches. I also worked on multi-omics approaches to cancer subtyping during my MSc studies.
