Roy Lardenoije

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Delft Bioinformatics Lab. My current work focusses on multimodal machine learning for molecular tissue atlases, +particularly using spatial and single cell omics data. Besides multimodal data integration our aims include tissue (sub)structure prediction, as well as +identification of diseased tissue. Previously, I worked on epigenetic alterations in the context of healthy aging, as well as during neurodegeneration, and +more recently on the (cross-generational) impact of stress on epigenetics.
