NIek Brouwer
I earned my Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Delft, where my studies focused on the application of computational models to biological and clinical data. My graduation project at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam sparked my interest in cancer research, leading to my ongoing collaboration with the NKI as a PhD candidate. In my current research, I am dedicated to assessing the response of cancer cells to drug combinations, utilizing advanced computational methodologies, and extracting insights from extensive cell line data. The ultimate goal is to develop prediction methods for understanding and anticipating the response of cancer cells to drug combinations.
