Need a moment to relax in between your exams? Join the No Sweat Yoga moments on January 20th, 22nd, 24th, 28th and 30th ! Take a well-deserved 30-minute study break with our teachers Shamangi and Dayenne to start your day off right, and recharge your battery before acing those exams.

It’s hard to find the time to practice sports during exam weeks. The No Sweat Yoga sessions are created to give you a quick body and mindfulness boost at the start of your day, so you can go back to studying in no time. 

The No Sweat Yoga sessions are half an hour, from 08:00 till 08:30 in the morning, and require no workout clothes whatsoever. Whether you want to come in your comfiest study outfit or your daily clothes, our regular yoga teachers Shamangi and Dayenne will ensure the sessions are accessible to all.

So if you need some time to relax your body and mind before hitting the books, join our No Sweat Yoga sessions for a great start to your study sesh!
