Christmas Cooking & Plating Workshop

After gathering in X’s Freetown Kitchen, we’ll begin with hands-on cooking, preparing a selection of festive dishes with a focus on sustainability. Green TU will lead the workshop, guiding us on how to choose ingredients and apply eco-friendly cooking techniques to create holiday-inspired flavors. Each participant will have the chance to contribute to every dish, learning valuable tips for crafting meals that are both delicious and kind to the planet.

Once the cooking is complete, we’ll move on to the art of plating, with simple yet elegant presentation techniques to elevate each dish. Finally, we’ll gather in the cozy Freetown Foyer to enjoy the fruits of our labor, sharing a memorable Christmas dinner that celebrates both community and sustainability.
