Valentina Vaniushkina
Valentina Vaniushkina is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Offshore Engineering Department of Delft University of Technology since February of 2018. Her research focuses on the slip-joint connection in offshore wind turbines. Her research project is part of the SJOR project and is funded by the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland.
Before the start of her PhD, Valentina studied at the Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great (Russia). In June 2017 she graduated with distinction (Cum Laude) defending her master thesis titled" Development of the electro-mechanical models of the carbon nanowhiskers as mass detectors"
