Review by A+BE PhD candidate
'Although I would highly recommend this course since I used it as discipline-related course to enrich my research, I acknowledge that it is not targeted to PhD candidates from Architecture. Coursera platform focuses mostly on subjects of Computer Science. The course is at MSc level and from a North American university with good reputation.
"Computing for Data Analysis" is an introductory course to R programming language. R is used for statistical data analysis and is more "programmable" than SPSS (and thus more flexible). The tutor also provides resources to continue learning and further mastering the language on self pace. This course is very useful to PhD candidates who handle big data sets in their research.'
