Gavin Wood was Visiting Professor at our faculty in Spring 2014. Wood's work at RMIT University in Australia included conducting and leading research on the funding of housing during the global financial crisis. Wood carried out research in the field of government policy, urban development, housebuilding funding and labour-market economics.

What are Home Ownership’s future prospects?
Wood was involved in several seminars and publications. Amongst others, the seminar the Edges of Home Ownership and an AHURI-project about Equity Release, together with Curtin University Australia.
