AccessAbility Week 2024

News - 16 May 2024 - Teaching Support

We warmly invite you to the AccessAbility Week 2024!
From 3 until 6 June, Horizon and Student Onbeperkt are organising the AccessAbility Week to raise awareness and increase knowledge on accessible and inclusive education. From insightful workshops to engaging panel discussions and beyond, there’s something for everyone looking to make a difference.

Why an AccessAbility Week?

More than 13 percent of the TU Delft student population have support needs due to disabilities, chronic illnesses or neurodivergence. This can affect their studies to varying degrees.
Recognizing this, TU Delft is actively working towards an inclusive environment. With the AccessAbility Week, we want to contribute to this process.

What?

  • Lunchlecture Eva Eikhout: Navigating through a society designed for people without disabilities
  • Workshop Accessible education design for neurodivergent students
