Experts from energy transition projects train sector specialists with additional NWO funding
TPM researchers Zofia Lukszo and Laurens de Vries have received additional funding from NWO to increase the societal impact of their ongoing NWO projects, HyChain-ESI and DEMOSES. Experts from these projects will train sector specialists in the field of energy system integration.
In collaboration with the TU Delft Extension School and The Green Village, results such as a "serious game" (developed within the HyChain-ESI project) or the brand-new "toolbox" for energy system modellers (from the DEMOSES project) will be tested by practitioners within newly formed "micro-learning communities." This will equip them with the new knowledge needed to make the energy transition possible. After all, the energy system doesn't just rely on technical developments but also on ‘human capital’.
