Plan For Change completed

The past few weeks have seen a great deal of engagement within our TU Delft community on the topic of social safety. Many alumni, students and employees have taken the trouble to share ideas, input and insights. This shows courage and an enormous commitment to the well-being of our colleagues, our students, our university. 

In a short period of time, we gathered a lot of valuable input. This input and the conversations made it clear to us how deeply the distress caused by socially unsafe behaviour within our university affects us. This is unacceptable and highlights the need to structurally improve and ensure social safety.

We want to be a university where everyone enjoys working and studying, and where respect and open communication are central. We want to be that kind of TU Delft.

Together we have drawn up a “Plan For Change” and presented it to the Education Inspectorate. 
With this we hope to have reached a turning point and look confidently to the future in which we work together for the well-being of our university.
