Gijsbert Korevaar part-time lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences

As of 1 September, Gijsbert Korevaar will be working as a lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences on the topic of 'Energy Transition in the Circular Economy'.

It is a part-time appointment of 50%. He will remain involved for the other 50% as assistant professor in the department ESS - Energy and Industry. His research group is linked to the knowledge centre Sustainable Port City within Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. This knowledge centre conducts practice-based sustainability research in cooperation with social organisations and the business community in the Rotterdam region. In combination with his research and teaching activities within the ESS department in the field of circular economy and industrial symbiosis, the practice-based research of this research group offers a great opportunity to link the ongoing research lines from TU Delft with innovation and transition in the Port of Rotterdam area.
