Incidents in the process industry can have disastrous consequences. On 21 January, TPM researchers Karolien van Nunen and Genserik Reniers will speak about chemical clusters and domino effects at a meeting of Contact group Health and Chemistry (CGC) and the Dutch Association of Safety Science (NVVK).
