M.T. (Mohammad Tamim) Kashifi

Profile

Tamim is a PhD student in the department of Transport & Planning. He also is an active member of the Delft Data Analytics and Traffic Simulation Lab (DiTTlab) and the Electric and Automated Transport Research Lab (hEAT). Tamim received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Kabul University, Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2015, and his master’s degree in civil engineering (transportation focus) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, in 2021. He is currently working on “developing a realistic reference model for human driving behavior”.

Research

Tamim research interest includes traffic safety analysis, big data analysis, AI applications in traffic engineering, and driving behavior analysis.
