Arash Tebyani joined ImPhys as Postdoc

Arash Tebyani joined the Hoogenboom group as postdoc. He has a background in materials science and surface science, and carried out his PhD in Leiden working with a Low Energy Electron Microscope, studying mostly molecular layers and dynamic surface phenomena.

He also carried out research on fluorescence of individual molecules on surfaces at low temperatures for a period of about a year after his PhD. For his project at ImPhys, he will be studying electron-matter interaction, beam damage, charge diffusion and related topics.
