Yi Zhang joined ImPhys as PhD student

Yi Zhang will be studying inductive bias induced by the nature of imaging physics for medical image analysis by deep learning under supervision of Dr. Qian Tao. 

He worked as a research assistant at Oxford Medical Science Division and GSK. Prior to that, he obtained his master’s at Oxford, majoring in applied mathematics, mainly optimization and numerical analysis.
