Rose Sharifian is speeding up!

After Rose heard in May this year that she won a Faculty of Impact Grant from the NWO (Netherlands Research Council), the world did not stand still for her.

With her company SeaO2 she took part in the "European WaterCampus Business Challenge 2022", organized by WaterCampus in Leeuwarden. It was an inspiring and instructive week about entrepreneurship and building networks. There she won the challenge award for the best business pitch, which of course focused on her company SeaO2.

Of course, she was also present at the NWO Innovation Festival #TEKNOWLOGY. This festival took place on 31 May and was the festive start of the Faculty of Impact, in the presence of all 10 participants. There she was able to discuss technology and business visions with Prince Constantijn van Oranje-Nassau (on behalf of Techleap), Pieter Duisenberg (chair of the Association of Dutch Universities), and Margot Weijnen (chair of NWO).

Further: she won one of the Energy Startup Vouchers by the TU Delft Energy Initiative of 5k for her company SeaO2.
