Biografie

I am a Lecturer in the ICT section / ESS Department to support educational activities of MOT 1531, developing a gaming interventions, and supporting practical work. I defended my Ph.D. at TUDelft in September 2021, using design sciences to develop a quasi-experiment to test a game to change civil servants' attitudes towards open data. My research covered actual discussions in Digital government, bureaucracy behaviour, decision-making and policymaking. In case of interest, refer to my thesis at https://repository.tudelft.nl/islandora/object/uuid%3A01bc5442-00a4-45ca-ae48-1440ef16f833.

In the last year, I worked as a lecturer-researcher in the Master Design Driven Innovation (MaDDI) from NHL-Stenden, where I was responsible for guiding students in the many assessments and evaluations we can run on serious games. Besides other academic activities, such as conferences and seminars, I used to teach Public Administration and Federalism (University of the Federal District/Brazil), I had my bachelor's in Economics (University of Sao Paulo/Brazil) and my Masters in Sociology (University of Brasilia/Brazil).

I still integrate the Brazilian Federal Government staff as a civil servant, working in a part-time remote position in the Ministry of Economy. I have been a Public Policy and Governmental Management Expert for more than 15 years, having worked in different ministries and contributed to developing and managing various public policies. Some of the most pertinent ones were supporting policies to fight poverty, inequality and hunger in the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Social Development. I also integrated the initial team of the government innovation lab, G*Nova, and the parliament monitoring group in President Dilma Rousseff's cabinet.
