The main research focus is the design and control of free-flying and free-floating systems interacting with their environment. The main focus lies on aerial robotics and aerial manipulators, more specifically.
However, similar applications such as marine and space manipulators are also of great interest.
Biografie
Anton completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. with the Julius-Maximilians University in Würzburg, Germany. During that time, he was a visiting student and researcher at the Finish Geospatial Research Institute (FGI) in Helsinki, Finland; the Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague, Czechia, and finally completed his Master's Thesis with the European Space Agency (ESA) in Noordwijk, Netherlands before graduating early 2022.
He joined the Biomorphic Intelligence Lab in June 2022 as a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Salua Hamaza where he works on tactile-driven control for aerial robots.
