Troubleshoot item

The DisplayControl does not respond when it is selected on the SMARTboard. What should I do?

  1. Check the two LEDs in the bottom left corner off the board:
    • Is the power LED green (powered on)?
    • Is the status LED green and steady / not blinking (interaction with PC)?
    • Is the computer running?
  2. If this hasn’t fixed the problem, call Support.
