Profile
Biography
Anteneh Gebregiorgis received his PhD degree in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, in 2019. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral researcher at the Computer Engineering Laboratory (CE-Lab) of Delft University of Technology, Delft, Netherlands . From 2017 to 2018 he was a visiting scholar with the nanoelectronics research laboratory, Purdue University, where he was working on designing energy-efficient neuromorphic architectures. His research interest includes emerging technologies, Computing In-Memory (CIM), neuromorphic computing, architectures for ultra-low power design, reliability analysis and variability assessment for low power processors and memory components .
