From a positive psychological approach, the Mental Fitness intervention program helps to strengthen resilience, mental fitness, motivation, energy and self-leadership.
It is important to work on mental fitness and resilience; to better deal with stress and to continue to feel and function well - even under difficult circumstances. From a positive psychological approach, the Mental Fitness intervention program helps to strengthen resilience, mental fitness, motivation, energy and self-leadership. Training Working on Mental Fitness This Mental Fitness program, consists of 4 interactive sessions of 60 minutes. Each session has its own theme and contains - in addition to the interactive session - a Podcast and a PDF with practice. The themes are alternately strengthening mindfulness and one of the developable properties of psychological capital. Each session contains an interactive part in which experiences are exchanged. Training structure:
Session 1 - Mindfulness; body scan, Positive Psychology; psychological capital, hope
Session 2 - Mindfulness; automatic pilot, Positive Psychology; optimism
Session 3 - Mindfulness; obstacles, Positive Psychology; self confidence
Session 4 - Mindfulness: stress, conscious choice, Positive Psychology; proactive resilience This program is developed and offered in collaboration with Shared Ambition.
