It is our distinct pleasure to invite you to the 3rd International Seminar on Non-Ideal Compressible-Fluid Dynamics for Propulsion & Power, which will be held on the 29th and 30th of October 2020 at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
NICFD 2020 is intended to promote the exchange of scientific information, to encourage and consolidate the interaction between researchers and professionals, with a special emphasis on the progress in research, development and applications of the topics related to the field of propulsion and power.
The themes range from the theoretical foundations, to advanced numerical and experimental practices, and to applications. The conference provides an exciting opportunity to share, learn and discuss the latest insights.
The conference is organised by Dr. Matteo Pini (Propulsion & Power, <link en>TU Delft), Dr. Carlo De Servi (Energy Systems, VITO), Dr. Andrea Spinelli (CREALab, Politecnico di Milano), and Prof. Francesca di Mare (Thermal Turbomachines and Aeroengines, Ruhr-Universitt Bochum). Founding chair of the conference is Prof. Alberto Guardone (CREALab, Politecnico di Milano).
The conference is supported by ERCOFTAC through the Special Interest Group on Non-Ideal Compressible Fluid Dynamics (SIG-49).
Information about the 1st and 2nd edition is available on the website of the conferences: NICFD2016 and NICFD2018.
