7th International Symposium on Space Sailing

Since its inauguration in Herrsching, Germany, in 2007, the ISSS has been held in New York, USA (2010), Glasgow, UK (2013), Kyoto, Japan (2017), Aachen, Germany (2019), and New York, USA (2023). Following the tradition of these previous symposia, ISSS 2025 will focus on recent advances in any form of space sailing, including, but not limited to, solar sails, drag sails, magnetic sails, and electric sails. Specific areas of interest include hardware and enabling technologies, dynamics and control, modelling and testing, mission applications, and past, current, and future programs.

Venue

ISSS 2025 will take place on the campus of Delft University of Technology. TU Delft Campus is well accessible by bicycle, public transport and car. You can easily walk to your destination from the centrally located parking areas and bus stops. Building numbers are used to help you find your way around the campus. Accommodation

Delft is home to many hotels, apartments and B&Bs.
