ReVolt House

A sustainable prototypical home which is entirely powered by solar energy

TU Delft team ReVolt House is currently designing and will build a sustainable prototypical home which is entirely powered by solar energy. The house will be shown, tested and judged at the Solar Decathlon 2012 event in Madrid, which is the world championship for solar, sustainable homes.

Apart from solar energy production the ReVolt House is in every aspect a fully functional home which additionally combines floating, sunwise rotatation with lifestyle.

The innovation of the house is based on the combination of several technologies, design methods and team structure with more than 30 students actively involved.
